Hey Guys, was just curious what the general consensus is on which role is the most influential in Solo Queue, and whether that role is the same in competitive!

The jungler has a presence in all of the lanes, and is usually the shot-caller for teamwide objectives, since they're the one with smite.

Mid lane, unless you're teammates are good, in which case jungle.

I say midlane. I jungle, but oftentimes if my mid is fed and everyone else dies a lot we still win.

Believe it or not, a good support can kinda carry a game. Not singlehandedly-get-a-penta carry, but their influence is all that's needed. Like, a support can stop the enemy from shutting down the adc so you can win. A support can set up kills to feed the adc. A support can roam and get other lanes fed. And a support CAN carry, if your team is doing bad just build more offensive. AP/Support Blitzcrank is a beast, and I have turned games around with him. Same with Morgana or Zyra . Plus, idk if it's just me but when I'm a support I find that I'm typically the one rallying the team and turning things around. Like, since I'm not the one looking for kills (it really depends on the skill level of my team when this happens), I like to think of it as my responsibility sometimes to look for opportunities to win the game. People really underestimate the role of supports and they're wrong lol.
