I want to buy a razer deathadder left handed edition mouse but I'm worried about a game issue

As the title suggests, I'm looking to buy a razer deathadder left handed edition gaming mouse. It's my first time dealing with an actual left handed mouse but from what I've read so far it has the mouse clicks swapped by default. That means that with that mouse I will have to right click twice on my desktop to run a program through an icon and left click to open up the tab with more choices. You get the picture. Solving this is easy by re-swapping them through windows. However, as I've heard from many LoL players it was impossible to re-swap them to work like they used to in-game ( autoattacking will need left click and the other way around ). Is this now fixed? Will I be able to play the game or will I be bumping a thread for years in the forums like those poor souls?
