toxic chat in normal games

recently i noticed dat during normal games there is so much toxic trash talk on chat. in 9 out of 10 games there is always some player wishing cancer, flame beyond normal and just go on and on. i usually put dat kind of a player on insta mute but then all chat is full of trash talk too. i send a reports after game many times - negative att and verbal but i dont think dat punisment sistem works. its just a problem dat chat in game is more toxic every day, i mean i know dat in bronze toxic chat is normal and expected but in normal games ??? pls can u do something. i just get so upset dat i cant focus on game and toxic players make me log out from lol at least for couple of hours , .. just want to add in 9 of 10 games flame does not start cuz of me, im always trying to calm down others if mid starts to flame on bot who is feeding etc... but after a while i just mute chat and wait for a game to end.. so much from summoner code and fair play and healthy community. i think this is a major problem cuz players like me who respect summoner code and point toxic players on after game report lose the most. gl and hf if u can
