What should I get? Lissandra,Varus or Eilse

I've been trying to choose between those three, I've looked over each of them several times but i can't decide who to get. I'm not a big fan of jungle but i heard eilse can non jungle (not sure tho) I really like varus and lissandra, they all seem like amazing characters but I'm not really pro, actually I'm not that good, I'm lvl 13 with xerath but i almost have enough money to get those 3, could i have the communitys opinion, also by opinion i don't just mean, i like various cuz he is cool, i mean as in a brief description why :)

Don't buy Elise. She is in a not very good spot right now and very hard to play. Liss and Varus will be easier. You could get Liss since you can play her on both mid-lane and top-lane. Varus if you want to play something that is not a mage and relies on Auto-Attacks.
