Frustration (Ranked Que's)

This might be more of a rant but here goes... Can someone tell me why played ranked is so frustrating? everytime i play I always to well or at least go even. I dont really like where the game is going at this moment. it used to be where the game was chaotic and a single person could single carry the game (still happens but rarely that i've seen) and that single person could even save a losing game. but now its all about the team synergy (and this is why im extremely frustrated). i get into rank and usually get paired with unskilled player (and when i say unskilled i mean they have no game sense, dont understand the champs, etc. its really frustrating because every other team i see has at least some form of synergy; but its not only unskilled players its also trolls who bother me as well. the ones who frustrate me the most are the ones in game players can CLEARLY see are trolling but make it difficult for the tribunal to tell that there trolling. idk this is the part where i kinda mostly rant but im kinda hoping the ranked match making system gets fixed. I had an idea where a player could play a champion or role in ranked if he didnt play it a certain amount of times in normals or something but i dont know. i just wished the ranked system was more refined. i've been playing league for a long time now but lately ive been playing counter strike because league has been too stressful for me. and honestly i play cs more now because of it. The matchmaking system is alot better in the sense that i feel like i get match with people of my skill. Ive only been playing for a few months but I've already gotten to Master Guardian Elite (kinda like the Equivalent to G1-P5 in league. but the thing i love most about it is there version of the tribunal called Overwatch. I love it becasue they actually take people in the community and have them determine if someone is Griefing or actually cheating . I hope somepoint in the future league gets some sort of Overwatch like cs has a well have there ranked system upgraded because its really starting to be my least favorite game (and thats really hard to say considering I love this game). also insert Sandbox mode comment here! Here's hoping for the future of league
