A new Ezreal Support main?

So a good friend of mine have been blessed by riot, he has not one but two Pulsfire-Ezreal skin permanents and no Ezreal . Here is the problem he is a support main. so should he become the ultimate Ezreal support as the great riot has predicted, or should he not do it and just let the skin permanents rot in hextech?
