Hextech a reward or a curse?

Hey there all!

I have been playing LOL for along time and as many others out there i rly enjoy the skins alot. In my case maybe a bit to much. i have reached the level where i cant buy anymore skins from the store for the simple reason that i own pretty much every single skin that has been made. The only once i dont own are the "ultra" rare skins like Pax TF or championship riven.

This is where my problem comes in. Not so long ago riot decided to make a new system that would allow players to unlock skins without using any RP on this at all. This in its own right is rly rly awesome!!! BUT....for me as a player who have spent god knows how much money (i know, im just to embaressed to say) wil get nothing....i mean pretty much nothing. I got hextech annie in my first crata blah blah i should be happy for that etc......but rly? are this rly all that riot are gonne a good "costummer"?

Well...i just wanted to share this and ask you guys what you think :)
