Key fragment drop TOO Rare?

Just wanna say I've played quite an amount of games the past 2-3 days, going up from s3 to s1, and I've received ZERO key fragments. I know the stuff is free and that's cool, but chests are once a week anyways, and you need three to get a skin anyways unless you end up getting some essence. I know it would defeat the purpose of skins being special, but this is wayyyyy too rare. No key fragments in 2 days doesn't make any sense considering you need three of those to even make a key.
