So I want to know what are the chances of getting an ultimate skin in skin rerolling with 3 legendary shards or 2 legendary w/ 1 epic and so on....... Plzz Reply

It's all random. There's no way to know exactly what you will get, the system is designed to give out skins from 390 through 3250 so you can get anything with any variance of skin shards/shard costs.

I rerolled 2 750 skins and a 1350 skin and got a 520 skin I don't like for a champion I don't even own. feelsbadman
