Moving to PvP help?
I've finally reached level 22 and was thinking about moving on to PvP matches cause I can beat a bot match in 20 mins now but for some reason I'm a little weary. Any advice?

You just need to dive in. Earlier is better to be honest.
The play is much different. First, bots don't jungle. At 22 you'll have junglers in every pvp match. So ward in the river leading to your lane and pay attention to the map.
Focus on CS more than kills. For bots, you can just freely kill any at will. In PvP the player will actually dodge your shots and escape appropriately. You likely won't secure early kills without ganks unless your opponent doesn't know what they're doing. You're better off securing a lot more CS (last hits) and developing a gold lead that way. Once you have the gold lead, go for kills. When in lane, get a last hit if available and otherwise look to harass your lane opponent to prevent them last hitting or make them recall.
Finally, don't overstay in lane. If you ever get the thought "hmm I could die soon" or "wonder if I should recall" then get to your turret (or further if necessary) and recall. I can't begin to explain the number of times I've been 75g away from a BF Sword or something and decided to try to stay in lane for a few more last hits and died 5 seconds later. It's not worth it. Recall and get a pickaxe and boots instead (or whatever is appropriate).
Finally, a free hint: At around your level one of my best tactics for securing early lead mid lane was to harass as much as possible with my spells while getting my cs. Trade even if losing trades. Then I'd recall early for a second Dorans ring (and possibly pots/wards if I have extra gold) as soon as I cleared a wave. Most lane opponents are so stuck on waiting in lane until they have gold for their item, they won't recall with you. So you miss a couple creeps while returning to lane, but get there with an item advantage through Doran's ring and your opponent is low-ish mana and around 30-40% health. Easy kill, let the snowball begin.
Suck it up and dive in. It's about your only option, take it from someone who knows. You're going to hear shit about how poor a player you are, or what you did wrong, and it won't be nice. The secret is, everyone hears that up until you get about into Diamond, I'd say. On the other hand, there are decent people out there. Find them and they can give you advice on champion picks, compositions, builds, and all the general guidelines to engagement, farming, and objective control.
My suggestion is to try all of the roles and be at least competent in them; it'll be easier to get practice if you're flexible. And if you do manage to play every single champion in League, good with them all or not, you will be able to know their strengths and weaknesses much better than if you had never done so.
This is my advice you WILL SUCK in pvp people WILL tell you to go back to bots

Wow tbh I think you are starting it late. I started at level 10 and I was terrible but I could learn what people did and how to dodge things and notice when people were going to chase me before they did. You're going to suck for about 25 matches, but after that you'll improve. Do it as EARLY as possible or you'll be fighting people 4x your skill level. Ignore what people say. Ignore what the recomended items say. Do what you want while you can and act all innocent "I'm only level 23 wat do u expect?"
When you see somebody start to walk in your direction after you miss some abilities, they're obviously trying to kill you lol
