I haven't been able to find the names or a reference to what these summoner icons are. Can anyone identify them for me?

They are the Owl and the Ram, the two sides of the new SR, look at the middle of mid lane.

Summoner's Rift. The primary map which was just updated. Each side is themed; one with a ram and the other with an owl.

These icons are unlocked when winning 3 games from one of the teams Win 3 red team games and you get the owl Win 3 blue team games and you get the ram And it doesn't need to be in a row, just anytime you win

Actually, it was just win one game red side or one game blue side within the first couple weeks of the new SR update and you earn it. I got both after only two matches (a win from each side). As far as I know, they are not available anymore (the update came out too long ago). Unless of course they changed them from the "exclusive icons for players who win within the first few weeks" and now they are freely available after said 3 wins.
