Dynamic Queue

I've been platinum for the last 3 seasons and this season it put me in silver 2 after going 6-4 in placements which I thought was pretty silly. Nonetheless, I am trying to grind my way back to Plat. As we all know it is impossible to win every game so you just grind it out. But, when I am gold II, just recently dropped back down to gold 3. Matching me with 6 silvers in the game that includes a silver 4 and 3 and two silver 2's, it becomes a problem. 3 of those were on my team. As an Adc main it is already hard enough without team pressure to carry. Something has to be done with this matchmaking.
