Riot plz! Just get the dynamic back and tell us whats the problem that take 2 days!

I love the new dynamic system when it came out even tho it wait a little longer but it's alot better than the old ones. Because it's too good after disable and i play rank I meet 4 teammates that all want jg and when they pick other roles they just feed. And next match I meet teammates don't say what they want and just fill and play badly. Plz I don't want my placement end up like 1-9 ....Just bring it back a little BUG is fine. And I don't even know what the BUG was. Sorry for the bad english.
