Bronze or Silver Duo Partner

Looking for a player who isn't bad in bronze or silver and wants to duo with a support. It would be greatly appreciated, I'm sick of staying in bronze because of players who actually don't know the game. Promotions were terrible this year because everyone AFK'ed so please help a guy get to silver. Let me know what's up. ADC preferably.
