Sincerely, I think the LeaverBuster system was a great idea but in fact it is one of the reasons that I play LoL way less. This type of punishment system has a major flaw, the reason why I am at least three quarters of the time on a low priority queue : people with bad internet. I live in a third world country therefore i don't have the greatest network connection. When your download speed drops to 1KBps and your ping is literally over 9000 in the middle of a match even though it was working perfectly fine a few minutes before, you know you will get that low priority because you can't even get on the loading screen to get back in. Well all that I am asking is that you make the 20 minutes I have to wait before the matches actually work if I get disconnected right at the end. Often, I am happy there's like 1 minute left in my time before a match then boom -you're disconnected and the 20 minutes you just spent waiting for a match didn't even count- and then you have to wait another 20 minutes... Therefore Riot I am asking if you can please make it count the 20 minutes even if you get disconnected but the LeaverBuster window is still there. I would also like to hear the opinions of the community on this discussion. Thank you very much,

I feel for you, because that truly sucks, but the problem is that if you don't get hit by the leave buster system for getting DCed, your internet connection will ruin the game for 4 other people on your team.

I have a hard time understanding why you would run that risk in the first place. If you're internet is really that bad you probably shouldn't be playing a game in which 4 other people depend on you existing in the game at the very minimum. This is because the very event of having you on their team, in all likelihood, results in an automatic loss for the team.

As much as your situation sucks, it's not fair to the other 4 people in the game that you screw over just by queuing up for another game.

Honstly, if you internet is that bad then you shouldn't be playing league. You aren't in leaverbuster punishments most of the time because riot thinks its funny for you to have to wait or anything like that. You are being punished because you are queuing up while knowing that there is a good chance you will DC.

Why would DCs not reset the 20 minute timer? If you can't even stay connected for that why would anyone think you would be able to stay connected for the actual game. Honestly DCing during the a lower priority queue should count against you like a leave.

You aren't some collateral damage of leaverbuster, you and players like you that queue knowing that they have problems and just hope they don't interrupt your games are the target. Every time you leave a game you are ruining or at least diminishing the game for 9 other people and it is to selfish and disrespectful to queue up like that.

Out of curiosity, how many times have your received leaverbuster punishments and how many of them were 20 minutes?
