Why am i paired with people who just want to make me alt+f4

Why am i paired with people who i can refer to as idiots, due to their insanely unintelligent playstyles, How does Riots "Your league measures your progress against a set of opponents of similar skill level, but doesn't restrict competition solely to those players." actually apply when many people, not just me, complain that they're in the wrong skill level bracket. ex. you're in the bot lane, your support is 100% goofy and doesn't know what he/she is doing, ends up getting caught 2-3 times, while you, as adc remain 100% fine. pings or not, is it not common sense to know how to dodge or how to turn fights around? i understand if you get caught 1-2 times, you just go like, shit, mb, and play more passive or something. but some people who im queue'd together with, decide they can still fight, despite being 2-3 levels under, and lose the fight, die, and give up even more gold, making the gap to coming back even larger. " How can someone win against someone in a higher skill bracket, and still be at such a low skill bracket, if this happens constantly, isn't that enough of a reason to say, either he/she doesn't deserve to be there, or he/she should be at least at that higher skill bracket?

I don't think there is a team that wouldn't make me want to Alt+F4 to get 1000 free gold in-game.

When I first started playing League, I thought it was going to be like nerdy smart computer kids playing. I was wrong. Mostly filled with morons that act 12, and a lot that are 12.

The Negativity Bias and Confirmation Bias are a thing. One game can neither uplift nor condemn any one player/rank/whatever. Sure, you may think this is fairly common, but you're only seeing one game from these "idiots," maybe two if you're silly enough to jump right back into queue after a poor experience. This is like taking one of these two games from your match history and calling you an idiot based off of those.

What you are likely experiencing are the growing pains of making the transition from lower rank to high rank. At this point in the Ranked ladder, everyone, including yourself, is trying to transition towards a more mid/late game focused attitude, which is radically different from bronze and low silver, where if you could win the early game, you could almost always win the game off of that. It's a hard transition, and everyone you run into is going to be at different stages of it. The best thing that you can do is to ensure that you are working to ensure that you have made a smooth transition, as once you get to Gold III you're typically going to be okay. The fact that you're failing to buy item 2049 on Thresh is making it worse because you are inherently limiting your vision. And don't you dare say that you're still placing enough wards, even on a winning match, your ad carry put more wards down than you. Even on a shorter match than yours, I was able to place twice as many.

As annoying as it might be to have people play poorly, you cannot control them, so why are you giving them control over your mentality? Focus on your own play so that you can get your MMR far, far away from the "idiots" that you feel are holding you back.
