Help with ranked

I know this may sound like QQ but its been affecting me quite a bit so I decided to make a post about it. I am currently Bronze II and was Silver II in season 4. I thought that if I did get to bronze I wouldn't care but i have been proven wrong. It has been affecting me quite alot in school and my overall league gameplay. Its gotten to such a point where a single loss would be enough to drive me to tilt, even uninstalling once before reinstalling. I vowed that if I ever get to Silver V then I stop playing, but so far it seems that isn't happening soon. I would just like some overall tips and how I could get better.

taking a break might help for a few reasons. a lot of silver and some gold players as well have also been placed in bronze. waiting until they are out should make it easier. taking a break also helps in general.

not sure what you need to work on since I haven't seen you play, so I'm not giving advice right now on that.

What I've seen effective in Bronze is tank crowd control champions, very few people play them and they are critical parts of teams. Good initiations can literally win games where everyone fed in lane.

It's more general than specific things you can do to climb out of bronze... but it's the best advice I can give you when considering getting involved in ranked play.

Hope it helps.

Play overly cautious in lane phase, and just focus on farming. If the enemy runs into your minons to attack you (very common in low elo) then attack them and youll win the trade/get a kill DO NOT chase them into their minions. If you let this happen a few times you can win lane 9/10 games in low elo WINIONS.

If your ahead going into teamfighting phases youll win more games than you lose
