Leaver Buster Complaints

So, this just happened to me last night. I was going top lane, with tryndamere. I was doing alright, then my connection crashed and I waiting in the "Attempting to Reconnect" Screen. I go to my basement and reset the router, didn't do anything. So I just figured that I couldn't join in. My friends still one the game without me so I was happy than them. Then, the next day, I log in and it says I have 20 minute leaverbuster....

Makes no sense, it wasn't my fault that I left.

no it's not your fault but your internet's, which is a personal issue rather than anything else.

Same thing, if my dog bit you in the nuts, it's not my fault, but i will still me responsible for the damage cost, no ?

Same thing happened to me. I had major connection issues for a few days. Even after resolving the issue by calling my ISP, and logging back into the game, the connection would suddenly crashed.

I ended up getting a leaver buster message too. Nothing I could of done either :/ It sucks I know.

Strange that you said this is the "first time" when your match history indicates you've afk'd on games before?

This is the first time that I was disconnected due to my internet. Other times, my laptop had to update and I was taken out of the client and the game ended before I could get back. My fault, should have updated sooner. Another time, I had started a game, had to leave early because the time on all my clocks were wrong and I had to go somewhere. The Blames on my brother because he decided to pull a dumb joke :/

But the point is, I wish there were a way that people could tell from people who rage quit, and people who D/C because of internet issues. I only had leaver buster twice, the first was 5 minutes then it skips all the way to 20?

I wonder if you could submit a support ticket that has the email confirmation from your ISP that you had IT support for said days and that is why you triggered the LeaverBuster?
