I might be the only one thinkin this, but I think riot should make it so that we can use champion shards for skins. Like say you know it costs 3 skin shards for 1 random skin. The whole random thing kinda bad if you dont own said champ, so how bout another option where you put 3 skin shards and 1 champs shard? Make it so you don't get a skin you already own. Already difficult to get the champ shard you want anyway so why not?
