After starting out in Bronze 3 for Season 5 I decided this season was my season to do something with myself, so I began my steady climb through the ladder. As a support main I always found it a little bit harder to carry games, but with determination and (I think) hard work I managed to finally get myself into Gold. However, now that I sit at Gold 5 I feel like I'm starting to lose every game, and that steady climb that I once had going has now ceased. I've included the link to my summoner on op.gg and was wondering if anyone can maybe look over it and tell me what I can do to start my steady climb again. I don't know what else to do... help plz, kthxbai.

It's easy - play your champions with highest winrates. Trying new champions may not work, because to be honest you have different skill with different champions. However its known fact that some champions are better for climbing than others. You need to avoid champions like Darius and Trundle, because they are team dependant, because they cant reach enemy carries themself, and if your botlane lost, you're lost too. Same time playing champions with high skillcap like Rengar may take time before you'll be able to really carry with them. You may choose something easy and impactful: champions with good damage, easy kit, who can reach enemy carries. This can be tanks: Amumu, Malph, Shen, assassins: Talon, Diana, fighters: Shyvana, Wukong, Warwick, etc.

As I stated I am a support main, so how would you go about this with my current status? Should I try straying away from support at the moment and learn a different role? I tried that with ADC because I thought my CSing was on par but my positioning was god awful and I would end up losing lane mostly every game. I was thinking I could try to learn jungling if switching positions would be the most beneficial thing. Do you think that would help?

Just play some more champions. Look what other players play. Hard cc/gapclose/high damage - your champion must have 2 of this options to carry a game.

My ADC games are godawful if you're talking about those. I've put a halt to trying that out because I'm not doing so well, but in most other games I find that when looking at the whole team, even if I end the game with 9 or 10 deaths that most of my teammates have a death-count higher than mine... I don't mean to sound like "that guy" if I am right now but I think I do relatively well at not feeding during the lane phase.

EDIT: I'm going to take this in some off-handed way as "work on your late game..." Thanks, Heat!
