We all know that 
's Q silence got removed a few patches ago (and replaced by a channel interrupt)
But why there is still a "CC timer" thing on the champion the got hit?
Does that timer indicate anything?

Technically Kassadin's Q is a silence with a duration of less than .1 seconds.
Meilovay1 votesBut it (the timer) last for like half a second tho sometimes I'm confused by the timer thing and thought I am actually silenced :(
