Warring Kingdom Skins?

I'm probably just being impatient but when will the 7.1 Warring Kingdom Skins come about in stores? I saw somewhere that the skins are available to the PBE. This could just be the obvious fact that since they test for bugs and such of course the skin goes to them first, but are these ONLY going to be available for PBE players??

I don't think so but I'm definitely being paranoid since I already purchased the RP (like an idiot) for one of them as I stand by. If for some reason they are only ever going to be available for the PBE then I know what I'm signing up for next...

Wouldn't the 28th be in patch 7.2? The new WK skins were listed as coming in patch 7.1.

The Lunar New Year is the 28th. The Lunar Revel event usually coincides with this. I'd expect these skins to drop around the 28th.

Generally, yes. Most of the past holiday skins return for their respective holiday. It's happened for Snowdown, the Harrowing, so you can probably bet it will happen for the Lunar Revel, especially considering the amount of skins that are specific to that event now.

Not at all. The 28th will be part of patch 7.2

The Lunar Revel event should start up tomorrow or by Tuesday at the latest as this is the last week of patch 7.1

The Lunar Revel is always when the Warring Kingdom skins drop. Just because the skins were shipped with 7.1 doesn't mean they have to drop before 7.2, especially if they don't intend to start the Lunar Revel in 7.1.

Skins have never been shipped with a patch then released the next patch, at least not intentionally, why would they start now?

Because these aren't regular skins. They're holiday event skins for a specific, dated event.

No, they aren't. Holidays in the REAL world are however Riot has stated that in-game events do not reflect that 100% meaning that we can see SPOOKY skins from the Harrowing/Halloween, Frozen skins of the Snowndown/Christmas, ect at any time of year as these things happen differently in Runeterra.

The following skins will be released during patch 7.1

Right in the patch notes they always say this line as they are planned to appear before the next patch is released. The next patch in this case should hit on the 25th. Content is generally released on a Tuesday or a Thursday, so they could release the Jinx Chroma today and the Warring Kingdoms skins on the 24th but that is the latest it would happen. It will NOT happen on the 28th as this patch was started quite some time before that.

Unless there is a delay patches generally last for 2 weeks (Wednesday to Wednesday), which is 99% of the time, so there is very little leeway.

And it's here http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/lunar-revel-bundles-legacy-skins :P It does go through Feb 2nd but the next patch is still next week as they do, so it didn't happen on the 28th.

Skins always come up 1 week after the patch as far as i know so they'll be here soon.
