How is this ban worthy? Why are random people allowed to review tribunal and not only Riot employes

This was what I got banned for the Cait on the opposing team called me autistic and I get banned for retaliating? That seems a little harsh , when all I was angry about was that I didn't want to play cause I kept getting dove again and again. I didn't get to do anything and I was angry about it. But I get banned for that? Why are random people allowed to do tribunal and not riot employees with the footage of the game and seeing what all parties involved said seems like laziness to me, and please before you say lack of resources riot is a multi million dollar company I'm sure they could spare a few dollars for actual people not some people who just spam punish to look over the games so fucking ridiculous

There is no Tribunal. Chat logs for verbal abuse reports are screened by the system. Also, it takes many validated reports to get banned, and they only give you the logs for your most recent report. This chat was only the straw that broke the camel's back.

You're honestly pretty toxic. Blaming everything on your team, calling other people bad and stupid, that is definitely grounds for banning. If you played on my team I would have gotten you reported too. If the enemy Cait calls you autistic how is it going to help anything by being toxic back? Just mute the damn player and move on. Sure, your team could've done badly but that doesn't mean you have to flame them and threaten to AFK. Be mature and civil, and just mute people who are toxic.

Currently there is no Tribunal, so Riot is the one that is reviewing your cases after you receive reports spanning multiple games. Also it takes two to make an argument-- be the bigger person and DON'T RESPOND, something you clearly did not do. This is the internet, people are going to be rumpholes due to anonymity, but that doesn't mean you should. They will receive their own account review after reports pile up. Just by reading what you posted, it seems that your ban was deserved.

tl;dr: OP got baited and is whining about the Tribunal responding to his toxic behavior. If you'd said nothing, you'd be the better man, and would've come out on top of this with the Cait getting banned instead. But you ran your mouth, and now you pay the priiiice. Have. It doesn't matter if your team was doing bad, trolling or someone was verbally abusing you. The rules apply to everyone, you said toxic things, therefore you got banned.
