Does Riot plan on ever trying to do anything with the tribunal.

For real, ever since they brought down the tribunal months ago, there has been way more toxicity than I've seen before. I feel like the tribunal gives players a reason to not be so toxic all the time, rather than just having one person throw a useless report at them and forgetting what ever happened.

(It was also fun to see the ridiculous cases that could appear on the tribunal sometimes :P)
