How long has it been since a rengar skin was on sale?

I've been waiting and waiting. Night hunter rengar was last on sale in June... and I do not even know how long it has been since head hunter rengar was on sale. I was just wonder how long it will take for just one of those skins to come back into circulation. Anyone know?
