i sent a ticket to riot and it hasnt been answered in 2 days

my account got hacked by some guy and I sent a ticket to riot and it was doing well then they don't answer for 2 days and they usually answer by a day. My problems been going on for 4 days so wouldn't that make it priority to fix then go to other people because ive been waiting and I wanna play I sent 1 more saying if you guys are gonna answer then no reply. Then I sent another with some more info but still no reply. Will you guys answer me because I really wanna get back. Also I don't understand some things. There are stuff in peoples accounts that other people cant see. LIke last champion bought etc. Im trying to put as much of that info as possible but I get way more questions. Im still waiting for a reply plz answer fast guys I really wanna get back on.

Relax bro. They are probably working on it. There may be other similar reports that are occupying their time as well.

that really sucks, but you should move or repost in bug reports, i don't think they will find you in Miscellaneous

This sucks bud, for the record I will upvote the OP and hopefully it gets a better chance to get noticed.

On the bright side, I have only sent 1 support ticket before, and that one took 2 to 3 months to get a reply so this is not that bad hohoho.

I've had a good experience with player support (Thanks, Shorty Peewee!) and one bad one. It's a gamble.

They have a fairly small support team overall(but still miles bigger than their biggest competitor so I can't be too upset), so if they get a busy week it can take a few days longer to get a reply.

Be patient, I know it sucks... but they'll get back to you in time! Hopefully with a favourable response! Good luck!
