Why is Ezreal not used more in LCS and high elo?
His e is basically a free flash with a 12 second cool down and he also has a global ult that could come in huge with team fights. He is so versatile I don't understand why he isn't used more?

Meta. ADC requires high bursts of damage right now because of the meta shifting. And if you want a poky ADC (with still a bit of burst), you have corki that outclasses Ezreal on that point.
You need burst on an adc primarly to be able to survive the Rengars and Zeds and/or deal damage before dying to them. But I can't say a lot more on the meta of ADCs. (I'm not an adc myself)
