RIOT PLZ LOOK, FOR OUR SKINS

i believe many people have more than 1 skin for the same champion. so i suggest riot can u let us to change skin during the game.(like when we die we can pick another skin).Then more people will buy skins for same champions,and riot can make more money.XD Also, because i already have skin for a champions, so i always confused should i buy the new skin for same champions.so i suggest when we buy a new skin can we refund the same champion's skin and get 50% of the rp or lower back(cuz some skin is bought when its sale).
