Question about skins (for Riot)

I would have never asked this question if you hadn't come up with hextech crafting,but here goes.

I just yesterday got an alien invader Heimerdinger fragment,and i know its a legacy skin and all but,the 1350 essence is a lot.(im getting that skin)

So my question is : Do you ever plan on remaking/adding new stuff to existing skins?
