Any Way to Lift This Ban?

I was just playing in my first ranked game ever. EVER. I was so excited because I had recently been doing well with Fiddlesticks and I thought now would be a good time to try a ranked game. Well, I wasn't doing so good, (i died twice) and two of my team members started saying horrible things to me. They played on the fact that I was a girl and called me vulgar names and making disgusting and hurtful suggestive comments until I started to cry. I left the game and now have a 20 minute wait before 5 games. I realize I could've muted them but I knew at that point I wasn't going to do well anymore and I didn't want to play because they got in my head and made me feel like I sucked. Is there any way I can get this ban lifted?
