can we have real custom game options like turning off spawns and stuff?

or regulating XP, or disabling towers/items, whatever so many things

you know. Stuff like that, so we can have REAL custom games? this thread is more or less a response to Hide and Seek and King of Scar bring obliterated from LoL, because frankly some of us don't like to laning grind the other two maps have

before I quit league one thing I loved doing was playing custom games with friends, doing stupid shit and just fooling around in the jungle. having more options for us players to just have fun in would be a god send because getting rid of dominion is narrowing people's options

and people are going to go "but costs and efficient blah blah" but tbh you guys are Riot Games, THE riot games, something like this should be more than possible... And you don't have to make another map, surely modifying a few things like you do in urf can't be too hard

and maybe this isn't possible I don't claim to know anything on the design or code I just wanna have fun in league again
