I just hit 30 and want to know IF i should do my placements NOW or WAIT for the new season. If i should would anyone mind helping me to get G5?

Ranked is for serious play, you need a full understanding of the game and a lot of experience, unless you want to drop like a rock to bronze V and stay there permanently. It is also a very toxic and over-serious experience, full of lots of raging children.

MagicFlyingLlama1 votesWhy would league not be here in a year or two? Barring global disaster or bizarre circumstances, i can promise league will be here for at least the next ten years. The most popular videogame on earth does not just die overnight.
Whatever some uninformed, stupid kids say on the forums, LoL is just growing, and riot is swimming in money. Games 5% of the size are considered successful.
