Offline Store Purchases

Hi y'all! :) I was just wondering if there was a way to gift a skin (or just buying anything from the store) without launching the League of Legends client, like purchasing it on the League of Legends website. For example, if I'm currently not available to launch the LoL.exe, but want to gift a skin to a friend who's currently playing. Maybe there should be something like that? I'm constantly trying to buy the newest items coming out on the store, 24/7, before they become unavailable. ;)

Anyone else thinking of this?
