I keep getting put against higher ranking people??

Hi, my account is level 28 right now, but for the past few levels, I keep getting put against Golds and Plats?? I will be put with people around my level but then the enemy team with have ranked players and I'm tearing my hair out over here. I'm stressed, I feel like shit, I just want to play league and get better at my favorite champions but I feel like I can't do anything. My last game had a Gold 1 and a Plat 5 on the enemy team. My team was level 27-30. The fuck are we going to do? The game was over before 20 minutes, they had 27 kills, we had 6 because they tried to fountain dive us a few times. I tried sending a "report" to Riot support but I was directed over here. Not sure if anyone can help but oh my god. I just want to play league.
