There should be a new honor tag

Does anyone else have at times a team member who basically carried you through the game? They didn't say anything, didn't give any tips, didn't rally anyone, but was probably the single reason that you and your team ended up getting fed and winning? Or even an enemy laner who just out classed you and your team in everyway and you just have to sit back and admire their work? I think a new honor tag which is basically "this person didn't say much, but is an amazing player and should be recognized for it".

The reward for this is that they progress in ranks, typically.

I have a feeling this would just turn into a sarcastic badge that players 'honor' with when they think a teammate was terrible.

Anyways honors are for good sportsmanship and such, the opposite of punishments/tribunal(should it ever return) not for being a skilled player, at least i think that's the point of it.
