How should I deal with this situation? Trolled and Entoxicated

So today I had a match on Black Market Brawlers and my teammates weren't exactly very cooperative. The link to the score should be somewhere here. So basically I was gonna mid Yasuo and I specifically told them not to ban Yasuo and guess what...they did. Then I said I'll support instead because nobody wanted support. I said I was going to play Sona and guess what? They banned her too. So I was forced to play Soraka . So when we entered the game some words were spoken...and censored. Okay that's totally fine with me but then Tahm Kench started swallowing me and throwing me in random places when I went bot so naturally I thought, "I guess I'm gonna have to go mid. So I went mid and guess what. Swallowed again and moved almost to turret and he threw me away and gave up a free double...or maybe it was just him. So during late game everybody said I sucked. There was one team fight that stood out the most. So I was Raka doing the most obvious things like healing and dishing out damage. Okay so the one mistake that I made was I focused on Nautilus with my auto-attacks. I used my Q to dish out some damage while using W to heal and E to silence. So then when Mundo died he said, "You suck Raka". His reason was that I didn't heal him. Okay so that was my decision. Then as we continued fighting I ulted because of Mundo and he survived but with low health. So Tahm Kench came by and guess what...swallowed me and moved away from the group I could of healed with my W. I was out of range to heal and then he was killed. Then I don't know if this was lag or not but I couldn't move and was killed. How do I deal with this? I don't mute them just in case they write something useful. At the end of the game I checked the scores and noticed that I had more kills, less deaths, and more assists than Mundo plus I also did more damage than Darius and almost as much damage as Mundo to champions. And then more accusations came at me, mostly from Garen the "ADC" saying I should of healed him and why didn't I ult on him. My ult heals everyone first of all and I can't heal everyone at the same time with my W. Seriously how do I deal with this
