Players who rage are most of the time just plain bad

The hecarim in my game kept saying bad jungler and raging all game. He has a 48% win rate overall in silver going 1-3 vs a champion he beats while the smurfing jungler is 8-3-6... Just a little reminder to think next time you rage,its probably just you being bad yourself.
