Decaying Question

Hello I am going away for a while and I am ranked plat 5 right now. I know that i can decay into gold and if ur in gold u cannot START decayning but if I decay back to gold will I keep decaying? I dont mind being in just gold 1.

Your decay will stop immediately once you hit Gold, and you'll be ready to go back to Plat when you come back.
