Silly Neeko2 votesI own all. Cheap and effective way to do this btw is buy all the 4800 ip champs and lower.... Then for the 6300 or above just reroll 3 champion shards that you can buy for 1700 ip each for a total of 5100 ip.

HalcyonDweller2 votesThis is not the way to do it. Try asking Riot for data to perform statistics on. They probably have some sort of information like what you're looking for on the API's.
