On lobby "wait-outs"

To begin with, I do appologize that I have posted in this section but it seems that I am unable to post in any other sub-community. This post is in regards to the "You abandoned to many games and so you are unable to join a que" timed punishments.

I love the system, I think that this is a great idea for anyone who leaves mid game but during pre-game, espcially during blind picks and especially with the notoriously rude and combative community that League of Legends is known for, I believe that it should be perfectly acceptable to wait a lobby out by not picking a champion during the selection if the teammates that one is placed with cannot agree with one another and refuse to work with one another before a match even begins.

When I go into a blind pick. I assume that other people are going to take whatever position I want before I can call it and so I simply say that I will fill any lane or position. This statement should rebuff any claims that me being selfish is to blame here. One example is that I went into a blind pick and had my entire team fight over a specific lane, mid, and then my entire team locked in with champions that did not create a well balanced team. I, saying that I will fill, did not pick a champion and simply waited out the timer in the pre-game lobby until everyone was kicked back out into the search lobby. This lead to multiple punishments to the point where I am now waiting for 15 min to be able to search again.

I understand that you have implemented a way to combat such situations through the new Team Builder selection, but as a summoner under the required level, I am stuck with the blind pick search lobby.

My suggestion is that Riot remove the punishments for leaving pre-game because nothing happens to anyone's record, the game can be more enjoyable with a reroll of individuals, and most importantly it does not force new players to play with a team that may make them hate the game because the individuals are increasingly more abbrasive due to the situation.

As a return player, I must admit that it was these exact situations that made me leave the game in the first place and that the only reason I have returned was because a friend asked me to.
