How can they don't have any conection? How is possible that Jhin doesn't even have a quote with Vitkor (saving the fact that are some quotes that are missing conection). Both have robotic parts and both have the Perfection idealization.

Jhin's perfection idealization is based around giving people the perfect death. Viktor is about giving people the perfect body.
There's a small connection, but probably not worth adding quotes for Jhin.
