Server down. Started at 9:30pm 10/29. Can't connect.

UPDATE: Not lag. Cannot connect at all... (10:11pm) Leagues Update: Network Operations – 7 minutes ago We are currently investigating an issue of players disconnecting and/or experiencing lag while in game. Ranked Queues have been disabled and Loss Forgiven has been enabled until this issue is resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience!

UPDATE: Says the server is busy (9:54pm)

Friends got kicked the server as well and have the same issue. Server tries to connect but fails. Server must be down.
