I put a ward skin shard into rental mode and I have no clue how to make it permanent, It isn't in any menus and I know it'll dissapear after the 7 day period. If there isn't any way to redeem it afterwards, it really shouldn't be called a rental.
Happened to me with Spirit Guard Udyr. Didn't tell me it wouldn't come back if I clicked rental. Clicked it and it went directly into my inventory until the 7 days and it was perma gone :(
do you not know the difference between rental and lease?
Of course if you rent it then it is gone. I never read the hextech article but it always seemed obvious to me that you get one choice per item. Break it down.. rent it... make it permanent, or reroll it...
