I was banned on July 13th at 5:50 Pm and it is now 6:44 pm on july 27th ((when i was suppose to be unbanned)) and i am wondering... WHY AM I NOT UNBANNED .. all i am wondering is it automatic when i get unbanned or what do i have to do or go to where to get unabnned

If you honestly want to send riot a ticket to complain to them I'm sure you could get your account suspended even longer. Technically your account is theirs and you have little to no rights to it if they decided to perma ban it for no reason and no evidence. You signed that away when agreeing to terms of use.
