A rewards program that gives you skins for working out.

I want to create a rewards program that gives gamers things they love(in game content, Skins, Mounts, Special weapons) for living a healthily life style. This would combine two of my favorite things, video games and working out. Basically if you log 3 plus work outs a week (confirmed with the Firbit or similar technology) You would be rewarded with special game content. Maybe IP or RP, for LOL there would have to be skins. IM not saying force people to work out, but have a instinctive for our LOL community to live healthier then let them strut there stuff with unique skins . I own way to many skins(120+) and I would be pumped if I got a free skin for working out. I know nothing about creating apps or programs. I also can't begin to think about the paperwork involved in getting something like this up and running. However I'm sick of having what I think are great ideas without outlets for them.
