SKT Skins

Almost three months since the seeing of SKT 2016 team skins were on PBE. Three months later, no word of where they are at the moment. I am very pumped to see what the new skins will be looking like because of the message about re-doing the skins to be about the player itself and not the team AS WELL as an SKT Azi, I do not want to rush the skin designers and programmers, but I just want to know how the skins are doing, because as a Ryze main (still learning the ins and outs) I really want to pick up the SKT Ryze soon. (P.S: I'm not a big fan of the Sivir skin choice [opinion], but it's because she already has 8 skins and adding a ninth is overwhelming) What do you guys think?

TL;DL: Where are the SKT skins, any updates on them? Pumped for an SKT Azir, too many Sivir skins. Thoughts?
