So i was checking the riot website, and i was checking how to become a riot employee. The website showed me how much me and riot have in common XD. I am really passionate about gamin and LEAGUE OF LEGENDS. So i just want a clear understanding on how to become a riot employee. I REALLY APPRECIATE ANY ANSWER FROM THIS GREAT COMMUNITY OR IF I GET LUCKY AN ANSWER FROM AN ACTUAL EMPLOYEE XD.

The fact that you and Riot have a ton in common is an excellent first step. Now you should find a need that Riot has that you think you would fulfill better than anyone else. If you can find that need and craft a well-articulated value proposition around how you would solve that need, then you're in great shape.

Generally they look for people that stand out of the crowd. One thing that can help you become noticed over other people is having projects outside of work/school that is related to you passion.
Every time I go to apply I always feel pretty dumb and under qualified. Even for the few jobs that just need good game experience and ability to articulate, which I have, I always get about halfway through the application before I decide against submitting it...
