Can u get perma banned If u can do u get refunded at all i have put so much time and money into league if i got perma banned and not refended id be mad.

Yes you can get permabaned And no they don't give refunds
You get smaller punishments first, unless you're really bad.
Don't express frustrations in chat. You wont be banned unless you consistently express frustration.
the trick is being a good player and not going in the toxic train, its pointless, they all assume they are gods you just end up making it worse so play, mute them, and move on

You can't get refunded because you don't own the account.

why be mad that you dont get your money back? first of all: oF COURSE you'd lose all that money. that's the price you'll pay (haha pun not intended) if you are salty. you don't want to lose that money, then don't flame! simple. second of all: have you ever heard of the word "league of legends insurance"?
It's all in the terms of service. You can nerd rage at the lack of a refund all you want but they don't have to give it to you. Basically, they have the right to choose who can continue to be a customer of theirs and who can't. But regardless, you still got value out of your purchases.
If you have a gym-membership and suddenly, one day, start to beat other customers to a pulp and get abnned from the gym, will you get the money you have pout into it so far refunded? That question is just silly, OF COURSE you won't get a refund, if your account is banned you will lose ALL money you put into it, be it 15, 150 or 1500$ and if you do, there is no justification to be mad, because you brought all of this upon YOURSELF.
LOL yes you can get banned for stupid reason because Riot dont seem to understand the concept of noobs in the game. Make a test about the game so you play with people your level and not noobs...all day. Haven't you been around someone so stupid that you just snap and say SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!! you suck at life and uninstall? plain and simple
