A special request

Well, after almost 3 weeks of working with Riot tech support, we've reached a dead end, i've been having issues updating due to the internet connection i play over (it's a tethered 4g connection yes, i know, horrible and should be killed) the dead end we reached consists of me either finding a real ISP (which i cant afford atm hence the tether) or find someone to zip a fully patched league of legends folder, then upload it so that i may download it that way.

So.. I'm wondering, would anyone be kind enough to zip their folder and toss it somewhere for me to download? if not, I completely understand, if so then I thank you from the bottom of my heart
