Chroma Pack Sale

Hello, in the article linked above, Riot said that they would have an IP sale for chromas bi-yearly, that was 6 months ago (for people bad at math, that's half a year, and two halves make 1) so isn't it roughly time for us to get that mega chroma sale? Unless I missed it but I do not remember anything to do with chromas on sale.

tl;dr: It's time for a chroma sale.
